Windfall exploration supported the spending of $12 Million dollars to access and evaluate underground resources.

We have to wait for the geologists to do their testing to see if spending the money was a good investment. If it was then I'd expect somewhere between 24 and 100 million being fair value and it will take pretty exceptional results to get to 100 million dollar figure.
