Sheridan is deleveraging as there is no tomorrow. Redemptions all over the place, let's make use of what will now come up for sale for a dime.

I honestly view that given current SPs in the ROF it is the best momentum for powerplay and getting to the 80%+ holdings. Consolidation in the end will help most ROF players to turn around current downward spirale.
