The squandering of "Leadership Position" is lacking totally with the HARD Reality of the Matter.

There is a complete absence of any material fact demonstrating support for this claim.

Thus, it is more than intending to mislead. It is a complete misrepresentation of the actual reality, and thus the total lack of any supporting documentation/evidence.
