This is a valid point and 'COULD' be used to 'stop' the AGM at the point of voting shares.

For example a vote could be called asking for all those in favour of Rousseau's proposal to vote and a count taken. THEN if this vote is going to be high enough to pass A shareholder or perhaps even director of Noront could stand up and say 'Due to misleading and untrue statements in the solicitation of proxy's we hereby, at this point, cancel the AGM until corrections can be made.

Personally I don't think this will be necessary as Noront Management will know going into the meeting that they have enough votes to maintain control. It's a backup plan they, and we, hope won't have to be used.
