Apparently Rabobank is very pleased to sell you Noront-shares and earning money on that sale. They are not so pleased having to contact the same broker they used to buy these shares for you and to give you a service they are obliged to give you (but that is costing them some time/money).

If I was you, I would thank them and choose for a bank with a better service. I in Belgium also had to fight to get my control numbers, just because it is rather new and unusual for them. But they better get used to the 21st century.
