Transfer your holdings to Today'sbrokers (interactive) It did take them 5 days to respond but atleast they did and managed to get me my number and even the package by normal post.
May there be another vote in the future at least you are able to vote then.

Did you manage to find out if they can be forced in a legal way to give those details? Because if they realy want it .. they CAN deliver the details. In my opinion its just to complicated and to much of a hassle.

Is there an alternative for them to confirm the number of pieces you had at the 22th of september and with those info vote in a alternative way?

This because it is not right that because you have a strange bank (for stocks.. not the rest ofcourse as they are the best in holland) you cannot vote. Something you are entitled to as a stockholder.
