As you well know, Noront Resources is an exemplary jr. exploration company that this year became the No.1 company in the mining industry on the TSX.Venture 50 Exchange. This happened due to the extraordinary leadership of Richard Nemis and his colleagues. Noront's shareholders have tremendous confidence and trust in Richard's vision for the company.

Many have invested their life savings in NOT because of his integrity and brilliance, and consider NOT a truly "once in a lifetime " investment opportunity.

As you know, out of the blue this week a discredited, unethical hedge fund (Rosseau) announced a corporate "raid" on Noront, advocating dismissal of many Directors, being replaced with handpicked Rosseau cronies. This Hedge Fund is notorious for decimating small companies with great potential.

I am a small stockholder in NOT, and have my life savings on the line. One of many. This was my decision after lengthy DD and because of Richard Nemis.

I do not know your company ,but expect that you have great discernment ,or you would not be so successful. I am writing to ask that you support the NOT stockholders. Please vote your shares at the AGM meeting on Oct. 28 FOR Richard's accomplished team of Directors and their plans.
