US already borrowed $630B from central banks swap deals.

That means $700B are spent already taking into account a new 3 month T-bills.

Without $700B the US economy is gone. With $700B it will be eliminated a month later.

GOP has all benefits from the Bill rejection. The other scenarios meant a no chance to win situation for them.
