Under the conditions the Broker/Banks have stipulated in their Customer Investment Account agreements, if applied to any other custodial agreements with these characters what could happen with the likes of Mortgages? Car loans, etc.
Someone from the Cayman Islands show up at your place on Friday Evening to throw a house party for their local and visiting friends to your place in Saskatoon, only to have you clean up once they all depart???? How about someone moving in for a few weeks and the Broker/Bank charges them a token Accomadation Fee while you feed these strangers, and give up your bed for theid comfort????
Someone shows up at your place of work and takes your car keys cause they want to drive a Lexus for the weekend in the back country. And you get a bill from the garage for the Towing charge and the replacement Oil Pan???? Or your Humvie for a cruse about town for the afternoon. And then when the parking ticket shows up on your vehicle Record, you pay the fine????
