Well if that is there plan, I am taking advantage of it and any spare cash flow goes directly to buying/accumulating more shares. I hope they keep the price this low for another year personally so I can accumulate this long...Sad story is I do not think they will be able to maintain this low price for too much longer sniff sniff...

Why do you think the NOT share price is being jerked so ferociously? Because the stakes in the ROF are VERY high and the monied interests want as many retail as possible to exit so they can scoop up bargain basement stock.
