Message: Chromium World Supply

Glorieux:

I agree America makes alot of sense as a market due to proximity + we have none.

Rumor: Australians are taking alot of interest in our deposits

Austrailias Markets: Chinese big one - which are the largest user now in the world. China wants to lock in resources to fuel its growth before India and Brazil become more industrialized and they have to fight them for the supplies.

Conclusion: Chromium is taken for granted until you can't get any.... Then its a very, very, big problem! US has strategic stockpiles so we can run our industry - look for China to do the same as this one little resource can shutdown an entire economy. Everyone would much rather have contracts with a company supplying in Northern Canada then risking supply shortage / or having to inventory massive amounts - not sure what mittigating that risk is worth, but definately worth something. We could probably make money charging money for being countries strategic reserve without even mining it....
