NI 43-101 report out on time

posted on Aug 18, 2008 01:20PM

So this is the 3rd news release in 3 weeks that was called for and so many were expecting. A few naysayers expected delays but our management again delivered.

Our SP did not move on this NR and this is predictable. A lot of the information in this report was already known-hence no halt. The benefit of this report though is it adds legitimacy to our company-we are not Bre-X. Many great little tidbits are getting picked up already by some of our posters but big money will take their time, comb thru this report with their advisors before they move in for more shares in this environment but I believe there is enough info in here to help our SP albeit not as dramatically/rapidly as hole #5.

The section in there by Prof Mungall regarding the Chromium (as promised) is very important as it will now allow management to discuss this freely. The comparison to the Chromium mine in Findland (Kemi) is very important. That country ressembles ours in term of labour costs, legal perpectives, etc... and will be a good meter stick. Their deposit has a lower grade than ours yet they are very profitable mining it. Bushveld in SA has electricity cost that are much higher than us and they are still profitable. So being able to compare our Chromium to these mines will be a great exercice in determining the viability of a mine. One interesting fact that I learned today is that Chromium does not have a spot price like nickel does and this may be another factor why people are having a harder time with the value of the Chromium. The price of Chromium is found in contracts only.

So much more to come as we dissect this long, complicated report. Also, more NRs to come regarding AT12 and Windfall...

Cheers,

Glorieux
