One line in your post D12 is worth repeating in bold:

management was allowed to draw direct comparisons with other world class chrome mines.

For a third party to approve this in the report, for the TSX to allow it to remain in the report, there exist some strong information supporting this or else it would never have been allowed to see the light of day.
