The company also says there is a need to deter "irresponsible, self-interested, malicious postings."

I'm glad that action is being taken on this front. However, it is more than likely that this will not get to court. Trying to prove intention would be very difficult. Likely this is just a scare tactic and will be settled out of court with a public apology and retraction required. It's still good stuff though.
