D_Sanchez, your score and points and avatar clearly indicate that you do not have Noront's best interest at heart. However, I will respond because it is a question I have received in PMs.

There is no way to guarantee that those registering are legitimate for sure. However, if the need arises to rally these shares to support management, those that were misrepresenting themselves would probably dissapear while those who own shares and want Noront to succeed would be happy to step forward and support their company.
