I have a question about this sentence in the post by sag4tag:

"The TSX would have had access to the release first."

All NR seems to have this exclusion statement:

The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

My question is: Does the Exchange review and approve the NR first. Or does the Exchange just review the release after it comes out? What is the process for news releases?
