Can somebody please outline, in Layman's terms, exactly what is going on at Windfall and what we are hoping to find with this ramp?

I understand that that 1) earlier drill holes intersected phenomenal gold. 2) They decided to build this ramp for exactly what purpose?

Is the ramp going to be part of/turn in to a mine? Are they just going to continue doing deeper drilling from the bottom of this ramp? Are we all hoping secretly or not secretly that in digging this ramp they will accidentally run into the mother load?
