750k shares is not a dilution factor that concerns me. The fact that our 2 main guys received those is fine with me. If RN had it his way, our SP would be $10 so I do not believe for 1 minute that management witheld info for their own greed. News has been slow/SP has been low and that is because of lab delays, poor drilling results, break up and these factors are all outside management's hands. To imply that management has had a hand in creating an environment to lower the SP is wrong and our management does not deserve that accusation!
