The Board of Directors gave Dick the option to purchase 500,000 shares at $3.90 and Harvey the option to purchase 250,000 at the same price. This is hardly the same as either of them putting out any cash of their own to make purchases of Noront stock.

Yes it does show that both figure on this being as low as Noront stock is likely to get and they expect to benefit hugely from these options. Quite an incentive these two are receiving and I'd assume the warrants have a year or two before expiry.

Nothing like a big carrot to focus on deliverying results for shareholders and management certainly have been give a few this past week.
