You are quite right. With Noront's history there should be a limited amount of odd lots in existance. Also when they are purchased by one individual company they should tend to disappear. For instance if I bought 3 odd lots of say 65 45 and 40 shares, I would have a total of 150 shares, or one full lot and one odd lot of 50, so that two of them disappear, unless as you say someone is deliberately using odd lots to skew the system.
