Either PRB have the claims or they don't. It should not be too difficult to determine. Go and remeasure. No lawsuit required.

The fact that they are entertaining Noront, is interesting. If they were in default, Noront would not be in talks with them now. And insiders have not sold. Speaks volumes to me. PRB is good in my opinion. Looking forward to next week.
