I do not think it will be a matter of PRB asking too much as both companies can be rewarded justly for what each has. That should not be a problem. The past dealings on the area around DE1 is likely needing to be crystal clear to not only both companies but also to the other past owners and also to any future potential owners. Thus, measure twice, or more if necessary, and cut once!
