We geo's, use the term "massive" as an adjective to visually describe an occurrence/intersection of a mineral/mineral assemblage in which the entity represents 99+% by vol, or a body of rock which appears to possess a homogeneous texture. It has no "$value" associated with it. It's continuity, if observed, from drill hole to drill hole is invaluable for determining geological correlations over large and small distances. Massive is definitely not used to infer "intensity and continuity".
