I do like Temex...but how do you rate which company is better? More land, NOT, more Money NOT, more JV's NOT, More proven stuff in the ground NOT, lower risk of capital NOT, Higher chance of a 10 bagger at this point TME...so if you want to gamble TME better for sure as NOT already has a 10 bagger under it's belt. TME is close to the hit by WSR/MTX (which I own now) and proximity is a good thing but not a guaranteed thing. So in the end, nothing wrong with either pick, it just reflects one's personality.
