The problem is that the 'Market' will not give Noront a valuation based on 20% of in situ minerals UNTIL it's obvious that enough is proven up to make a mine viable.

Investors have to see potential profit or they won't invest and if they believe eventually Noront will get 30% of in situ from selling off to a major then they'll up the ante and pay 20% of in situ value/share in hopes of sharing in the big 'pay day'.

Here's hoping that the next news release goes a long way towards showing that a mine is highly likely.
