The problem is that no one can truly give an informed opinion as there just isn't enough information on which to base an opinion. If there was you can bet the 'MARKET' would take it into consideration and Noront's share price would be a lot different.

We don't even have the full story about DE1 except the market seems to think DE1 on it's own isn't enough to be economic. That might change once the 43-101 is produced but for now that's how it is.

Once other deposits within the 'ROF' are found and drilled enought to say authoritatively what they contain then geologists will be better able to say how likely it is others will turn up of similar compositiion. At the moment we investors are betting it's highly likely while others are waiting for proof before they'll put their money up.
