You're right. You are entitled to your opinion. I agree, one could imagine a tone of discontent from NOT, or is it transference from the reader? What has "world class" got to do with anything. You seem to be implying something by this inclusion. "World Class" is irrelevant. If a famous surgeon screws up your brain surgery and you wind up dead, it doesn't really matter how famous he was does it? Time to pay up doc.
