bull, first you stated

SGS did not state that there may have been problems. They stated that there were and changes have been made operationally to ensure standards are met going forward.

Maybe we read different releases and as such, can you describe in the news release that your read how "this NR sounds to me like SGS was threatening NOT with a law suit?

Curious, as I'm sure some other members are as well.
