Energy issues in the north

By the time this area is about to become a mine, the new infrastructure picture will likely include railcar transport into the north. We will likely see a return to railcar away from the massive trucking we use today as railcar transport is becoming a very high tech means of transport in terms of fuel consumption. It is not unlikely that as fossil fuel becomes unattainable, the first nuclear powered vehicles will be trains, but at present they are still far superior on fuel than trucking.
