This is just a hunch....the way I see it is this...

There is news....but they just sit on it...everyone keeps talking about these hits and great news coming, but the longer people have to wait, the more the share price gets dragged down

Even if the big money isn't accumulating here (as evident by the low volume, maybe just picking away), they will be the ones to accumulate when the time is right

So they just sit by, letting the stock of NOT and all the area plays get dragged down....making sure, more than anything, that nobody knows when the news will come

Then....just before the news release, as has been the case almost always, the stock runs up like crazy......and that my friends is when they will be loading up.....this way they will be the first to load up at a depressed price
