Just a note - the slap on the back is part of the courtship ritual. Vale/Inco wants RN to feel they are in friendly hands; RN wants
to attract the attention of the majors.

At the moment it looks like Vale/Inco has the better relationship with Noront, but as the saying goes, 'All is fair in love and war.' The number of players in this relationship could change rapidly.
