Tangipahoa, I remember not long ago there was much talk about Teck Cominco Ltd having 10's of billions of dollars in cash to spend when they bought into UTS in the oil sands with Petro Canada. About a year ago one speaker was saying on BNN that China had a 300 billion dollar war chest for mining company take overs. This is cash on hand before they even go to the bank. Don't sell the farm cheap.
