Some time back I defended the JV's from a position that the faster NOT could get result the better it would be so that the big picture would be known before a take out. Thus giving any major a true picture of our resource estimate and we NOT holders the best price for our shares.

As I understand it NOT has to release news in a timely matter that is significant but I'm NOT sure every individual assay result has to be released as NOT's management receives them. For an example only: Lets say NOT believes they have and are trying to prove they have this under ground conduit from E1 to E2. As time marches on they drill they receive assays this whole 2km is intended to be used in the 43-101. As I understand, NOT, is not required to release these individual assays until they get the whole picture. Once this is done then they could share it all at once. Remember some of these press releases of the past have come on the heels of a run on shares and the price, and NOT was forced to halt the stock and issue a press release that would fit as to why the stock ran.

Here is my point; NOT is, I believe, at a critical point in it's exploration. At anytime a major recognizes the true resource base and value of NOT we could get taken out. Let's say tomorrow one of the majors offered $12/share would NOT lose the fight for control, unfortunately I believe they would as most share holder would realize a very nice profit. The problem is if our true value at the time, was say $35 with more potential, well I personally would be happy and feel cheated.

In conclusion, Mr Nemis, you just keep going accumulating as much value on this stock with out being forced to tell us in snippets of information ,so that when the big release comes you will litterally knock the socks of every trader on Bay street.
