I don't know whether to call you a 'soft basher' newcomer from SH, or whether to mildly admonish you to get some better info on what little effect the modern American economy has on the world economy. There have been many article written by respectable economists and mining analysts that point out the reduced impact America has on the world economy. America is not the economic powerhouse it once was, and China's, India's, Russia's, Brazil's, Germany's, etc, etc, economies are going to be majorly impacted by America's economic demise these days. Such info has been quoted and alluded to on this website previously, but is independently verifiable. Prices of base metals are going to remain strong and even get stronger. Do a little more research before making such assertions in the future please. By the way, the value of the American dollar is going down - that means that all commodity prices, in terms of valuation by the American dollar, are going up.
