In response, the neighbors of Noront may "have the goods" as well.  But, it is still more of a long-shot that they have the same thing, especially the further away you get from Noront's big strikes.  That's why Noront's price is what it is, and UC, SPQ, FNC, PRB, FWR, etc., are much lower.  All that could change very quickly based on what the drill results tell us.  However, Noront has the biggest land position around their  initial discoveries, and a lot of other land, and the insight and expertise to drill the right spots to get the right results.  So, the others must be classified as "speculative", but not so for Noront.
