Milsy1, from a strategy point of view you definitely make sense. I would agree that there is a point in resource definition where a major will decide they have seen enough and make the move. The danger for NOT or any company is to ensure they get fair value for what we have. Even the poison pill will not stop a take over if NOT is extremely under valued. NOT's defense against this I think can be two fold: 1. Go slow and try to get the good results in unison with the JV partners so that NOT can show a multitude of potential all at once, or

2 Have some hold back info that would bate other majors so that there is a bidding war if a move is made by one major. As I understand NOT can hold all the good information or any information all they want, as long as the insiders do not take advantage of the good or bad news prior to it's release.
