What is the likelihood that the slow release of news by design? My understanding is that bad news must be released in a timely fashion but good news is more at the discretion of the company.

Is Mr. Nemis et al electing to hold off disseminating news as to not tip their hand too early in order to allow for more exploration of what we have?

If we show what we have, does it open the door for a premature takeover bid and thus result in a less than maximum shareholder value?

Just wondering, thoughts anybody?
