While none of us are particularly happy about todays share price (well those of us that took advantage are) here is a comforting thought.

Imagine you would like to invest a few million dollars and called up Richard Nemis and said, 'Dick, I'd like to buy a million shares of Noront'.

Do you think Dick would say: 'Thanks but no thanks', 'We can talk but the price would be ...$10? $12? $15?'. You can be sure it wouldn't be any $6 or $7 or $8

My feeling is that today Mr. Nemis is in the position to say 'anytime I feel like it I could do a PP for $10 as share' just took a little while to get to this point and imaging what the asking price will be in August?
