Yes, I agree with your general observation on the Warrants but now I want to be sure. Thus if some one could get it straight from the hourses mouth, then we have absolute certainty and no more wishful hope.

Let's NOT get the politicans involved at this stage of the Noront Story. They can come into play much much later when a few rubber stamps are needed.
