I would doubt that there is any discretion on the part of NOT management involved in deciding to call or not to call.  NOT may have agreed to send a notice to the warrant holders regarding the FACT that their warrants will expire in 30 days (in fact, I'm sure they have that obligation), but I believe the rest is automatic.  Otherwise, they'd be changing the rules in midstream, you know, like politicians do.
