Peinting money on tis own does not cause inflation.

As an economy grows increased money supply is needed to accomodate the growth. Also, as a population grows the money supply must increase to accomodate change in more pockets as well as more cash in the increasing number of individuals various types of accounts (ie. forced savinge/pension. old age security etc and personal accounts etc.). And as international trade increases there is need for increased money supply (for varia reasons and uses etc.). There are other reasons money supply may/has to be increased over time as well. BUt excessive increases and or acceleration of curculation of money supply increases pressure in inflationary forces. As some have mentioned and focused on some of the commonly known ways in which money supply is increased I will not go on on this topic for now.
