You are 100% D12. The issue is that there is a certain valuation that is proper for every step of this great company. However, in the hands of the market with some (hopefully lots) of exhuberance, we will overshoot that valuation point considerably. At one point, we will taper back down to proper valuation but in the run up, no one knows what markets will do to a stock like this. It is getting more coverage all of a sudden. Last week saw at least 5 disctinct sources recommending this stock. We will get more of that exposure in the next weeks to months and our share price will rise by more than it should because most will not take time to do proper due diligence and will want to be part of the wave. We have seen this before as we climbed to $7.05 and back down to a way oversold 2.80. We are now approaching proper valuation giving a value of ZERO for the blue sky.

We are getting on people's radar screen now and it will not take much good news to make us jump higher...how high, only the market exhuberance will determine.
