There was a lot of panic and desperation selling in the last few weeks, often by people who should know better. NOT was not immune to the emotion and resultant margin call selling. Unless the Fed leaves its head 'in a dark place' look for a lot more strength in the next couple of weeks, and all other things equal , that will include NOT.
