The one thing that rumours often lack is the ability to stand the test of  "common sense applied to the obvious". So what is obvious is the high likelihood of a world class commercial deposit. This may involve a regional JV or consortium.

What is common sense, and plays out in the mining finance market on a regular basis is the following sequence: PP(venture capital)>drilling successes> 43-1101> distributed underwriting if $ needed to further the next 43-101>possibly a JV with a major if the exploration is too big and promising> eventual takeover by a major mining co.  Since we appear to be well able to complete the first 43-101, a further PP is highly unlikely . A world class deposit with an initial 43-101 does not need further PP dilution, so that part of the rumour is a bit of a negative fiction.
