D12, I agree and to add to that, lets not forget why RN is in business, why anyone is in business..... to make $$

He's working on getting the best deal for the shareholders AND himself. I'm not saying he is greedy, far from it, just that he also wants to maximize his return just like any one of us would if we were in his shoes.  I think he'll work out the best deal for all involved. With a good deal for himself, us and the buyers, he makes many people happy/wealthy AND rasies his reputation and draws more interest for the next McFaulds or Windfall.
