Yeah, seems like it must be the primary motive doesn't it... I had included somthing along thses lines as part of the the rationale in my previous thoughts on the matter, but I have to admit that I thought the TSX listing was a major factor... Thinking this would put the company in a stronger position for the reason (attracting more investors) you mention...
