There must be two sides to every trade.  I believe the US is in such trouble no one will want their currency.  It is possible both the loonie and dollar will deteriorate against the euro and yen, etc. but I do not think there will be strength of the dollar vs. any major currency.  Our fed does not care how low the dollar goes as long as they try and keep wall street happy.
