Goldfinger, thanks for the reply.  This is a concern for me.  I have an account with wells fargo (an IRA it is) and as of right now, it is showing that we closed at 3.94 on Friday a .41 cent up, and I know NOT closed at 3.89 Friday I think.  But, of 7 PM Pacific time, we show 3.69 and a down of .24 cents for the day.  Now you are showing something different.  Who should I call to find out what is actually going on and I know there is a difference in the Canadian vs U.S. dollar but, shouldn't the stock show about the same for the day?  A question for you:  Lets say a deal is struck for $20 on NOT, does NOSOF get the same $20 deal or not?  I really want to hold on to my 10,000 shares that I have on average of $4.30 but, I don't want to get screwed in the end.  Will I be ok holding NOSOF here in the states?  Please give me some help with these questions if anyone can.  Thanks and go NOT/NOSOF
