Include specific stock useage exclusions of Option shares gained in future NOT PP's. Request TSX to monitor. Copy the CDN. Depart. of Justice with the Bloomberg article attached.

Then ask Richard to ensure all NOT shareholders that he has done this, and to specifically report TD and Cannacord to authoirities (US and Canada, for starters, -for surveillance/monitoring).
