We still have 23 million dollars left, so that is pretty good, he said.  At some point we will have to do another PP.  He mentioned a 10% deal that JPMorgan and IBK are working on presently.  He says that it is inevitable that a major will have to come along as this is just too big for Noront to handle solely.

I wonder how long they have been working on this 10% deal??? All of the activity on the boards. Its all starting to make sense now. Holding long and strong. Junior
